Orders are processed within 7 business days of purchase. Each piece is inspected and prepared before dispatch.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Undelivered Parcels
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, recipient unavailable) will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout.
