Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned:
Unused and in original condition
With all original packaging, tags, and dust bags intact
Free of any marks, odours, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.
How to Return
Email us within the return window. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
A 10% restocking fee is deducted from all refunds.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We prefer exchanges.
If you exchange your item rather than requesting a refund:
The 10% restocking fee is waived
Return shipping is paid by us
To request an exchange, email us with your order number and the item you would like to receive in exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked Final Sale
Items that have been personalised or engraved
Items damaged through misuse
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
